After 30 years in corporate life and 7 years in the start-up world, I wanted to find a way to share the lessons I learned and the practical ways to grow the Leader that is in each of us.

 And I came to think of what it needed to be in order to influence effectively and positively my audience of aspiring leaders and executives : It had to be a fun learning experience relying on the proven learning techniques available, it had to be adaptable and agile to people at different stages of their leadership journey, and it had to be something that would stick and that you could take home easily to your team.
